Premium pay

Premium pay refers to the additional compensation required by law to be paid to employees for work performed on non-working days, such as rest days and special days.

    I want to inquire if May 1, 2011, (Labor Day) with additional holiday pay for a monthly paid employees.

    does a monthly paid employee gets an extra pay for a legal holiday that falls on a sunday
